In Support of Peace One Day 2008

In support of PEACE ONE DAY, September 21st has been recognized as an International Day of global cease fire and non-violence; a Day of Peace. To start building a house you need but a single brick; to create Peace let’s start with a single day. Each of us can be a hero and our Southwest Florida Community is ready to show the world that Peace begins with us.

This is an opportunity to join together to show our strength of feelings on many important matters. Now is the dawning of the realizations in our shared strength that together we can unite to show our elected leaders what we believe; what is important to us and to our planet. Belief is just the beginning.

Join us in Cape Coral at Jaycee Park from 12-5 on Sunday, September 21, 2008 for Southwest Florida’s very own PEACE DAY! It will be fun day full of Love and Joy. It will be a day of understanding and excitement. There will be food, vendors, and artisan’s sharing their various special trades. Jammin' music will be playing throughout the day and we will even have a unique “Flower Power through the run-way” fashion show.

This is a FREE event, so be a hero and bring your family, friends, animals and your neighbor.
